I’m so happy to announce our first CD release... It’s always a joy to play with Frank, Frits and Olaf! Our tune selection was inspired by musical heroes such as Frank Sinatra and Blossom Dearie, Antonio Carlos Jobim and Burt Bacharach. We enjoyed the process of arranging these tunes together with a fresh approach! Thank you to Frank Roberscheuten for his hard work and dedication to this project and to Florian Oestreicher for his recording and mixing expertise. My thanks to Olaf for the loan of the bass (I loved playing and recording with this instrument!) And, to Engelbert Wrobel for introducing me to the song, “Bei Dir War Es Immer So Schön.” Finally, a special thank you to all of our fans who continue to come to our concerts and support live jazz! Danke! Merci! Grazie!
